Can we bring our kids?

Answer

We love your children! However, we are unable to accommodate guests' children at the ceremony or reception. Any questions or concerns please contact the Bride and Groom.

CAN I BRING A DATE?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate our special day with all of you! However, due to venue capacity and ensuring we can accommodate everyone comfortably, we have had to limit the number of plus ones. If your invitation was addressed to you and your significant other, then they are your plus one. We appreciate your understanding and support as we make this celebration memorable for everyone invited. Thank you for being a part of our big day! If you have any questions, please contact the bride and groom directly.

IS THE WEDDING INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. For the gals - dinner is on the grass. Wedges or block heels are strongly recommended!

WHAT IS THE WEATHER LIKE IN SEBASTOPOL IN OCTOBER?

Answer

October is one of the most beautiful times of year in Sonoma! You can expect sunny days and crisp evenings - perfect weather for celebrating a wedding! We recommend packing some light layers like cardigans or shawls for when the sun goes down.

WHAT IS THE PARKING LIKE AT THE VENUE?

Answer

There will be parking at the venue for all guests that wish to drive. You can leave your car parked at the venue overnight as long as it is picked up by 12pm the next day. It is highly recommended to rideshare/cab to the venue. In addition, we will be providing complimentary shuttles to help get you home safely. Shuttle drop-offs will be at the Marriott/Hyatt and the Flamingo hotel.

Answer

Getting there: we highly recommended to Uber/Lyft/cab to the venue. However, for those that want to drive, you are more than welcome to and can leave your car parked at the venue overnight as long as it is picked up by 12pm the next day! Leaving: we will be providing shuttles to take guests back to hotels and to the after party for those who want to keep the night going. - We have 2 shuttles dropping off at the after party location - We have 1 shuttle dropping off at the Flamingo - We have 1 shuttle dropping off at the Marriott / Hyatt If you have any questions about transportation, please contact the bride/groom!
