Tulum International Airport (TQO)

Flights: We recommend all flights go to Tulum International Airport (TQO) This just opened in late 2023 and opened to international flights in early 2024 making the trip to Tulum a whole lot easier! We flew in and out from TQO on our most recent trip and it was very nice and a seamless experience. It is about a 50 minute drive from the wedding venue/ home base of Zorba. Crossing our fingers by next year there are more nonstop options from the east coast! If you choose to fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN) please let Will and Kallie know ASAP so they can work to help you arrange transportation. Don't forget your passport!!!

This is the main property where immediate family and wedding party will be staying. If you want to use this as a reference point when booking! There are 5 villas on the beach with multiple pools and we plan to host a fun day on our private beach the day after our wedding!

This is the sister property to Zorba and they are a 5 minute drive from each other. These villas are beautiful and a great and affordable option if you are looking to book with a group.

Private Driver Option

We had an incredible experience booking a private driver for the duration of both of our stays in Tulum. It eliminated waiting for taxis, the higher taxi prices and fumbling with money to pay for every ride. In our experience, we communicated through Whats App and it was one of the best decisions we made. It will overall be cheaper if you don't plan to walk or bike most places. We highly suggest this if you are not staying within in the hotel zone and are in Aldea Zama. Will + Kallie have made arrangements to work with this company again throughout the duration of the trip and if you are looking for their services please TEXT SHEILA on What's App +52 984 180 1811 to book driving accommodations outside of your airport transfer. Orchid House Tulum

This is a cheaper hotel option in the Aldea Zama area of Tulum. This area is great and about a 15-20 min ride from hotel to beach or a 20 min bike ride! Will and Kallie stayed in this area during their first stay in Tulum and loved it! Its halfway in between beach and "downtown" Tulum.

Another cost efficient option in Aldea Zama! Again this area is new and up and coming. Super close to downtown area and a 15-20 min drive to the wedding venue!

AirBNB Options

Here are a few AirBNB options with our April 3-6 recommended travel dates. Because Tulum is an Eco-Friendly town, air conditioning is not offered at every residence. Tulum is still being built and power outages are somewhat common. Advice: Read reviews! :)
