Please RSVP by August 20th. All RSVPs will take place online.
We're all familiar with how frequently things can change, but as of now Washington state has lifted all COVID related restrictions (including masks and social distancing) for vaccinated individuals, and unvaccinated individuals should follow the current phased re-opening guidelines. Saturday Party: masks or social distancing not required in accordance with state and national guidance. We will be outside on private property for the event. Wedding Ceremony and Reception: Current venue guidelines for Washington state + our venue allow vaccinated guests to be maskless at the event without distancing restriction, with unvaccinated guests following the guidelines for the current re-opening phase. We will be outside for the event. Our venue does not currently require proof of vaccination and is on an honors system, but we of course expect all of our guests to be honest about their vaccination status and to follow the correct protocols.
The dress code is "Garden Formal" - dress to impress, but also dress for the elements (sun, rain, outdoors). Anything you'd wear to a nice restaurant or event on a summer / fall night is appropriate! This could be the moment the photographer captures your next profile pic..... just sayin.
Our venue is completely outdoors, so please pay close attention to the weather when planning! Washington in September can range from 60s and raining to high 80s and sunny.... so, we are going to be prepared for anything! Please note that while the ceremony and reception are outdoors, there will be plenty of cover from rain / shade from sun under the reception tent and other areas, as well as heat lamps and fire pits.
If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

We've done our best to select some food options that are appropriate for a range of diets, but can't make any promises in regards to specific options available.
The venue requires we shut the party down at 8PM (boo) - but that doesn't mean it has to end! Join us for the after party at Paddy Coynes Irish Pub (details on the "Schedule" Page)
Unfortunately since it will be held at a bar, only guests 21+ will be admitted to the after party.
