FAQs

Question

What time should I get there?

Answer

We're finalizing the event details and will share the specific timing soon. Stay tuned for the complete schedule!

Question

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where should I stay?

Answer

We have a block of rooms reserved at the XV Beacon at 15 Beacon St, Boston, MA. Room rates are 385/night. The block of rooms are available until July 1, 2026. Reservations can be made via phone: (617) 670-1500 and mention room block name "Trepanier/Ferguson Wedding Block" or by emailing reservations@vxbeacon.com and mention the block again. You can also stay at one of the many other hotels nearby. Please see "Travel" for alternate hotel options. Guests may also choose an AirBnb nearby.

Question

But what will I wear?!

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting that all of our guests dress in formal attire. No jeans please. Our event is indoors. However, it is a little walk from Boston Common to the restaurant. Ladies, keep this in mind when choosing heels.

Question

What's the parking situation?

Answer

Guests are recommended to park at the VPNE lot adjacent to the restaurant, or the garage at the Boston Common.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

We love your little ones. However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adult-only event. We encourage you use this evening as a date night! Also, if we invited all the children, they would outnumber us 3:1. Trust us, you don't want that.

Question

I have a food allergy. Can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely, reach out to the bride or groom with any allergy related concerns/requests.

Question

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

Your greatest gift is your presence on our day. However, should you wish to contribute to our honeymoon, a trip to Japan or Antarctica, a wedding card can be dropped in the card box at the bar. Please note, we understand that many of our guests are traveling from out of town and we do not expect gifts of any kind.

Question

When should I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP on the wedding website or via text (508) 383-4603 by June 20.

Question

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot attend, please indicate your regrets on our RSVP so we can plan accordingly.
