Let's kickoff our wedding weekend with a Welcome Party! This will be an outdoor, open-house style event that all guests are welcome to attend. Come join us for dinner, drinks, & a good time! Wedding Day Events!

3:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

Wedding Ceremony on Bay Mountain; ceremony to begin at 4:00pm. There will be two ways to get to the top of the mountain - If you're feeling adventurous, you can take a five minute ski lift ride up to the top! If you'd rather play it safe, you can catch a ride on a golf cart instead! The ski lift will stop running approximately 15 minutes prior to the ceremony start time, so we recommend getting here by 3:30pm at the latest to ensure you catch a ride to the top of the mountain! ;) Cocktail Hour will begin after our ceremony concludes (around 4:30pm). You will take the ski lift or a golf cart ride back down the mountain to the Mountain Flowers Lodge, where cocktail hour will commence on the patio. Appetizers and an open bar will be available! Wedding Reception will begin at 6:00pm inside the Mountain Flowers Lodge. Join us for dinner, drinks, dessert, & the celebration of a lifetime!

Farewell Brunch

8:30 am - 11:00 am

As our wedding weekend comes to an end, join us for a buffet style brunch celebration before you depart! The buffet will be located inside Camp Firefly lodge.
