Question

Will the wedding celebration be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors. Dinner and reception will be indoors

Question

Are there any venue rules that we should be aware of?

Answer

Yes! Harvest Moon Pond is an incredible venue and we want to make sure that while celebrating we are respectful of the venue's rules; 1. No outside alcohol is permitted. We will be providing alcohol for all guests (21+) so please do not bring any additional alcohol with you! We promise we will have a large variety! We can be fined by the venue if outside alcohol is brought in so please leave it at home! 2. No Vaping or Smoking Smoking and Vaping are prohibited in the barn, on the deck and on the patio and grounds. 3. No Pets While the staff at Harvest Moon Pond has graciously allowed us to include Nike in our ceremony, no other pets are permitted on the property including in vehicles in the parking lot. 4. Overnight Parking - Pick-up by 9:00 am Please make sure that if you leave a vehicle overnight you are able to pick it up by 9:00 am the following morning

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal With a, hopefully sunny and warm, July wedding we want everybody to feel comfortable! While the indoor space does have air conditioning, the ceremony and cocktail space will take place outdoors.

Question

What color will the wedding party be wearing?

Answer

Having been to our share of weddings, we know sometimes this comes up when try to select an outfit (more for the women). While we don't particularly care if anybody "matches" the wedding party we understand that this can be a concern for some people so here is what our party will be wearing: The Bridesmaids will be wearing Terracotta and the Groomsman will be wearing Charcoal Suits.

Is parking available at Harvest Moon Pond?

Answer

Yes! Harvest Moon Pond has a large paved parking lot out front for our guests to use. Vehicles may be left in the parking lot overnight but if you choose to leave a car in the lot overnight please make sure that you pick it up before 9:00 am the next day!
