FAQs

The Wedding Website of Kalene Heilesen and Ross Bryant
Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal/dressy casual. We want you to look great but also feel comfortable and confident! We kindly request no jeans or white dresses.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We will provide an RSVP date after formal invitations are sent out!

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! We are working on a few registries that will be able to locate on our website!

Question

Will dinner be served?

Answer

Of course! We are serving Blossom Hill BBQ! Food will be served by the caterers in one-sided buffet lines. It is super yummy!

Question

What if I have a food allergy?

Answer

When you RSVP there will be an option for you to state your dietary restrictions or food allergies. It is imperative that you let us know any restrictions as soon as possible so we can properly accommodate you.

Question

Will alcohol be served at dinner or reception?

Answer

No, Berry College is a dry campus so alcohol is prohibited which extends to event venues on campus such as Frost Chapel and Ford Dining Hall. If you are looking to continue the party after the reception, we list some great bars in downtown Rome on our "Things to Do" tab!

Question

Can I bring a date or plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate anyone who is not explicitly named on the formal invite. We kindly ask our guests to please not bring a plus one, unless they are specifically named on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding!

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations or a block?

Answer

There a few hotel recommendations on the "Travel" page of our site. We are arranging a hotel block and more information will be released closer to the wedding date.

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the wedding ceremony and reception are indoors.

Question

Can I take pictures at the event?

Answer

We kindly ask that no phones or cameras are out during the wedding ceremony. We have hired professional photographers who will be sure to capture the special moment and we will share those photos with everyone at a later time. However, we encourage taking as many photos and videos you desire during the reception and dinner. We will have an app where you can share all of these photos and we look forward to seeing our wedding through your eyes after the wedding is over.

Question

Can I post my photos & videos on social media?

Answer

Yes! Please post as many photos from our wedding reception as you want and tag us so we can see them too! There is no need to wait for the Bride and Groom to post first.

Question

I have a question that isn't addressed here, who can I ask?

Answer

If you have any more questions or you feel your question was not appropriately answered, please reach out to the Matron of Honor & Kalene's sister, Taylor at 770-314-3514.
