You’ve got two great airport options for making your way to the mountains: Denver International Airport (DIA) – The big one! About 120 miles (2 to 2.5 hours) from Vail Valley. Great flight options, you'll need to arrange a scenic mountain drive or shuttle. Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE) – Just 30–35 minutes from Vail and basically in vacation mode as soon as you land. Hello, convenience! 🛫 Airlines Serving EGE If you're lucky enough to land at EGE, here’s who can get you there: -American Airlines -Delta Air Lines -United Airlines 🌍 Coming from the East Coast? You probably won’t find a direct flight into Eagle—but don’t worry! The easiest option is a quick layover in Denver (DIA) or Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW). Then you’re just one short hop (and a beautiful 30-minute drive) away from your final destination! 💡 Travel Tip: If you want to skip the longer drive from Denver and jump straight into wedding weekend bliss, EGE is your best friend. Fewer crowds, quicker baggage claims, and jaw-dropping views from the plane. 😍 BUT the drive from Denver to Vail is done all the time, and has amazing views!!
