Our wedding is Black Tie Optional with a fun Western twist—think classy meets cowboy! Men please wear a suit or tux, and feel free to add Western hats, boots, or a bolo tie if you’re feelin’ the vibe. Ladies, go for mountain chic—dresses, or gowns with a touch of Western flair (fringe, boots, bold jewelry—have fun with it!). Kindly leave the jeans at home—we’re keeping it elevated out on the ranch! We can’t wait to see y’all dressed to impress (and ready to party)!
NOOO!!! We love a good denim moment—but not for this occasion! While the wedding has a Western flair, it's still Black Tie Optional, and we’re keeping things elevated out on the ranch. Think suits, gowns, boots, bolo ties, and hats—but please, leave the jeans at home (yes, even the fancy ones). Dress to impress… just not in denim!
Think western chic meets mountain style! For our rehearsal dinner, we’re keeping it stylish but relaxed—denim is totally fine for the guys on this night, and ladies, bring your boots and your best mountain-chic looks. Hats are welcome, too! It’s cocktail attire with a fun, rustic twist, so get ready to toast, mingle, and enjoy the night in true Western fashion.
July in Avon and Wolcott usually means sunny, warm days in the 70s–80s and cool evenings that can dip into the 50s. Mornings are fresh, afternoons are perfect for soaking up the sun, with some (fingers crossed for quick) rain showers mixed in, and nights call for a light jacket. Mountain weather can change quickly, so pack layers to stay comfortable from sunrise to starlight! Ladies should bring a shawl or jacket for evenings! Don't forget to hydrate even if it does not feel too hot out, you'll be HIGH up and the air is extra dry at 7,000 plus feet!
We’ll have shuttles running to the venue, with pickup at The Westin for your convenience. There is parking available at the venue if you prefer to drive, but be warned—the roads are windy, and if you’re planning to enjoy a few drinks, Ubers aren’t reliable in our small mountain town. Hop on the shuttle and ride stress-free!
Our venues will have ingredients listed for each dish, but if you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please let the bride or groom know ahead of time so we can make a special request for you. We want everyone to dine happily and safely!
