Maid of Honor
Marina is Kaleigh's younger sister. Even though they are 11 years apart, there's no one else Kaleigh would rather have as her Maid of Honor! Marina is a freshman at the University of Southern California. Focusing on a degree in film, she is starting her college career abroad with a semester in Rome. Unfortunately, due to her schooling, Marina will not be able to be present for the wedding.
Rachel Loe
Maid of Honor
Rachel was one of Kaleigh's first friends at Alabama. They both joined Delta Zeta Sorority and were members of Alabama's Sales Team. A few years after college, they both ended up in Charlotte where Rachel was a part of the early days of Kaleigh and John's relationship. Rachel currently lives in Atlanta, GA where she works as Senior Regional Account Manager for Granite Telecommunications.
Ashley Heiligenstadt
Bridesmaid
Ashley and Kaleigh were hallmates at JMU their freshman year of college. Flash forward to 2014 when they both had just moved to Charlotte, NC and didn't know anyone in this new city. Thanks to Facebook, Kaleigh and Ashley reconnected and have been friends ever since! Ashley currently lives in Charlotte, NC with her husband Erik, where their welcomed their first child Avery Elizabeth in March 2021.
Kayla Ashley
Bridesmaid
Kayla and Kaleigh met their very first day as Delta Zetas at the University of Alabama. From there, they became study buddies, roommates, and lifelong friends. In 2018, Kaleigh was a bridesmaid in Kayla's wedding. Kayla lives in Leeds, AL with her husband Cody and son Eli.
Stephanie Mollen
Bridesmaid and Wedding Planner
Stephanie and Kaleigh met while both working at Townsquare Interactive... months before Kaleigh met John. Since Townsquare, Kaleigh and John and Steph and her husband Ryan have enjoyed many trips together, many game nights, and many bottles of wine. Steph is not only a bridesmaid, but she's serving double duty as the couple's Wedding Planner. Steph and Ryan live in Charlotte, NC, where they welcomed their twin boys, William and Jack, in June of 2021.
Matt Hagan
Best Man
Matt is John's younger brother by 3 years. They both went to school at App State and joined Delta Tau Delta Fraternity. Matt is now a pilot and lives in Charlotte with his fiance Aly.
Trevor Leander
Groomsman
John and Trevor met in high school theatre class. Even though they went to different universities, they both ended back in Charlotte where they like to watch the Panthers and hang out with their dogs.
Jeff Remien
Groomsman
John and Jeff met their freshman year of college at App State, where they were both members of Delta Tau Delta Fraternity and worked at Mellow Mushroom together. In 2018, John was a groomsman at Jeff's wedding. Jeff lives in Iowa with his wife Dana, son Patrick, and their daughter Charline.
Travis Verner

Meet Travis (but everyone calls him Vern). John and Vern met working together at Mellow Mushroom in Boone. They also were roommates together during that time. Vern currently lives in Annapolis and will be marrying his fiance Brittany in October 2021.
Ryan Mollen
Groomsman
John met Ryan working at Townsquare Interactive in Charlotte, NC in 2015. This is where their bromance began. John and Ryan were roommates in South End while each was dating their future wife. Ryan married his wife Stephanie in 2017 (Fun Fact: Stephanie is also one of Kaleigh’s bridesmaids and the couple’s wedding planner). Since then, the couples enjoy their bonfire nights, backyard BBQs, holiday parties, and beach trips together. Ryan and Stephanie welcomed their twin boys William and Jack in June of 2021!
Mo Parker
Honorary Groomsman
John and Mo go all the way back to high school. John would find himself over at the Parker's home most of the time, where they played video games. They continued to be friends throughout college when they both attended App State and joined Delta Tau Delta Fraternity. In 2019, John was a groomsman in Mo's wedding. Mo is currently the Head Athletic Trainer for University of South Florida's football team. He and his wife Allie live in Tampa with their son Callan. Due to Mo's football schedule, he sadly will be unable to attend the wedding.
