We will be providing a round-trip shuttle departing from the SMU campus PROMPTLY at 5 pm (please arrive at 4:45) to arrive at the venue by 6 pm. The bus will leave the venue at approximately 10:45 pm to arrive back at SMU by 11:45 pm. You are welcome to either park at the shuttle departure, but we highly recommend a quick uber ride. Please RSVP so we can ensure there is enough space. There will not be shuttles from the hotel to the venue, but DFW is an uber friendly city: https://www.uber.com/invite/yp292 to sign up!
