FAQs

Question

What are the requirements in light of COVID19?

Answer

The venue will be operating as required by the Massachusetts state government, so it is required that you have a mask on your person. Guests are able to remove their masks at their tables, but are asked to wear their masks and observe proper social distancing protocols when moving about, dancing, or entering the facility. We appreciate your attention and considerations in cooperating fully with these policies.

Question

Are Kids Welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Question

Can I Bring A Date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed when you view the RSVP page.

Question

What's the Dress Code?

Answer

Semi-Formal. Think shirt and tie or dresses. We know you'll be looking fabulous!

Question

Can I Take and Post Pictures of the Wedding on Social Media?

Answer

Sure! Our only requests are that you silence and store away your phone during the ceremony, and that you be mindful of our photographer. We're sure your pics are great, but he's charging us!

Question

What Happens After the Ceremony?

Answer

A cocktail hour will be hosted after the ceremony while the bride and groom take pictures. Take a chance to nurse your drink, get excited for the reception, and enjoy our carefully curated playlist played by DJ Jonathan Berube!

Question

Are There Other Wedding Events I Can Attend?

Answer

Any additional wedding events will be visible when you RSVP online!

Question

What Should I Do If I Can’t Make It?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

Question

Will There Be Any Vegan/Vegetarian/Gluten Free/Special Diet Options?

Answer

Please indicate on the RSVP page if you have any dietary restrictions we should know about so we can be sure to accommodate you!

Question

May I Take A Centerpiece/Candle/Flowers Home As A Souvenir?

Answer

Absolutely! If more than one person at a table wants to bring home a centerpiece, please inform our DJ so a dance-off can be arranged to decide who gets it.

Question

When Should I RSVP By?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 30th, 2020.

Question

What Time Should I Arrive At The Ceremony?

Answer

Please arrange to arrive half an hour early to the venue to ensure everyone is present and seated in time for the ceremony. And enjoy one of the Mockingbird's specialty martinis while you wait!
