We have arranged for hotel blocks at the Courtyard in Burlington and the Delta in South Burlington. If you are curious on other hotels in the area, feel free to reach out and we can provide you with a list of our favorites.
Yes! The bus will be picking up guests from the Delta Hotel at 2:15pm and will make a loop to the Courtyard to pick up guests at 2:45pm. Estimated arrival to Maquam is 3:30pm. At the end of the night, the bus will leave Maquam at 11pm and drop folks at the Courtyard at 11:30pm and the Delta Hotel at 11:45pm. For a full bus schedule please view the "Shuttle" section within the "Accommodations" page. There will also be available parking at the venue.
Yes! There will be available parking at the venue. It is flat and easily walkable to the ceremony, cocktail and reception spaces.
The ceremony will start at 4pm. Guests can arrive anywhere between 3pm-3:45pm.

What a perfect occasion to have a cozy weekend getaway in Vermont! We love your kiddos but we are asking that children under the age of 13 years not attend.

We are hosting a Sunday Brunch from 11am-2pm at the Delta Hotel. This is an optional event but we'd love to see guests before they hit the road. We'll be casual and comfy while enjoying a country style buffet breakfast.
