We would appreciate you to RSVP as soon as you know if you'll be able to attend or not! However, our absolute deadline is August 9th, 2026 so we can ensure a proper headcount for our vendors.
We want our guests to look their best and request Semi-formal/Formal attire to be worn. Our wedding party will be wearing olive green and black.
Although we love children, we have decided to keep this an "Adults Only" event (unless listed on your invitation) so all of our guests can be fully present and enjoy the evening.
If not taking the shuttle, please arrive at the venue by 4:30-4:45 PM. The shuttle will be picking up at Hotel Indigo at 4:00 PM.
Due to limited space at our venue, if you are allotted a plus one, it will be indicated on your invitation.
There is plenty of parking available onsite at Dunes West.
The shuttles will be picking guests up at the front of Hotel Indigo at 4:00 PM and will return to Hotel Indigo at the end of the wedding reception. There will be 3 shuttles available that are first come, first serve.
Weather permitting, we hope to have our ceremony and cocktail hour outside! The rest of the evening will be indoors.

Because we have to select a specific number of rooms to reserve, the room block may book up. If this is the case, please let us know! We can always add on rooms to our block, space permitting at the hotel we just need a heads up.
Our wedding dinner will consist of multiple "Carving Stations" offering a variety of main dishes and accompanies. Each guest will get to try as many of the stations as they would like. We will do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions.
