Like any good modern love story, ours started on Hinge. But it didn’t take long for Kaleb to realize Hanna wasn’t a total stranger—he actually knew her brother and her dad from the small (and very interconnected) hockey world in Vermont. Our first date was at Waterworks in the Spring of 2023, and from that point on, we were pretty much inseparable. We started spending most of our free time together and quickly figured out that this thing was special. Just three months in, Kaleb casually suggested we move to Charleston and start a whole new adventure together. Surprisingly (or not), Hanna didn’t hesitate—she found a NICU nurse job soon after, and we packed up and made the move to South Carolina in September. Since then, we’ve become best friends and partners in crime. We love traveling, discovering new restaurants and cocktail bars, live music, watching sports (yes, together), playing golf (with varying levels of skill), and spending as much time enjoying the Charleston sun and charm as we can. In March of 2025, Kaleb proposed among the flower garden and overlooking the water at the beautiful Middleton Place in Charleston. The rest is history! We are so excited to embark on this next chapter of our lives and feel so grateful to have all our friends and family come together in the place where we truly kicked off our lives together. We can't wait for you all to be a part of our special day!
