Please book your stay at Royalton Negril or Hideaway at Royalton Negril in Negril, Jamaica. This is where all wedding events will take place. There are other Royalton resorts in Montego Bay over an hour away, so please double-check that your reservation is for Royalton Negril (family-friendly) or Hideaway at Royalton Negril (adults-only). We appreciate you helping keep travel easy and stress-free!

Due to limited seating, we kindly ask that only those explicitly listed on your RSVP attend. If a plus-one was included, their name will appear on your invitation or RSVP confirmation. We appreciate your understanding!

Due to limited seating, we are only able to accommodate children of close family members or those participating in the wedding (like flower girls or ring bearers).

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors at the Ocean Point Gazebo. Cocktail hour will be indoors at the Lobby Bar, and the reception will take place indoors in the Ballroom.

When should I arrive for the ceremony?

Please plan to arrive at least 15–30 minutes early to allow time to find seating and settle in. The ceremony will begin promptly at the scheduled time which is 2 PM.

What should I wear?

Answer

The wedding will follow a formal/semi-formal jewel-tone dress code. Guests are encouraged to wear rich, elegant colors such as sapphire, fuchsia, ruby, and amethyst, and gold is welcome. To keep with the wedding party’s colors, please avoid wearing: white, khaki, burnt orange, or shades of green.

Dinner will be served buffet-style during the reception, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. There will also be an open bar throughout the evening.

We don’t have a set itinerary for pre or after wedding events, so feel free to relax, enjoy the resort, or explore the area at your own pace! The resort does host a weekly All-White Party, so be sure to pack a white outfit just in case!
