While we may call Seattle home now, we've both spent plenty of time in Fort Worth, where some of our favorite memories were made (go Frogs!). If you find yourself with a little downtime, here are some of our favorite spots to explore:

A classic study spot for KB and her friends in college. Get the New Orleans cold brew if they still have it! (IYKYK)

Avoca Coffee Roasters

If you want to get into the cowboy history of Fort Worth, you can't miss the stockyards. Ben says there is a daily cattle drive at 11 AM and 4:30 PM!

Fort Worth Stockyards

A Fort Worth staple. Some claim it's the best Mexican food in Fort Worth, others say it's because the margaritas are so strong.

World class art museum in the heart of Fort Worth (and right across the street from the Crescent). Ben and Kaity both frequented it in college. As we were writing the description for this website, Ben reviewed it: "It's a fantastic museum."

Kimbell Art Museum

One of our favorite spots to hit in college (usually after a night out, but we've since been back and it tastes just as good during the day!)

Salsa Limón

If you have the time, highly recommend walking around TCU's campus. Rub the nose of the bronze frog by Scharbauer Hall and tell EVERYONE you see that you know one of TCU's past student body presidents!

Texas Christian University

A Fort Worth classic if you're craving smoked meats. Heim Barbecue is another great spot and used to serve green chile mac & cheese, which made KB's New Mexico heart happy!
