Join us for some drinks and light refreshments the evening before our big day. We want to welcome you to Fort Worth! The venue is a 10 minute drive from the Crescent Hotel, please find your own way there. For guests driving, please park across 8th Ave near the Cook Children's Hospital. Address 1707 8th Ave Fort Worth, TX 76110 should take you to the correct location!
4:30 pm - 5:15 pm
We're getting fancy! We suggest tuxedos or full suits, or if you're wearing a dress opt for a long or floor-length gown.
Ceremony begins at 4:30 PM. Transportation will be provided from the Crescent Hotel starting at 3:45 PM (departing promptly at 3:50). Valet and self-park options are available at both the Pavilion and the Crescent hotel free of charge. We encourage you to take the bus from the Crescent to the Pavilion even if you are not a guest there!
5:45 pm - 11:00 pm
Transportation will be provided from the Pavilion to the Crescent Hotel immediately following the ceremony. Cocktail hour and reception will be held at the Crescent.
