Evan and I met on Hinge. I was not big on dating sites to be honest but, I thought I would give it a try. Everyone reminded me that “this is how you meet people these days”. So on Wednesday, March 23rd 2022 to be exact, Evan took me out on our very first date. We went to dinner. I remember meeting him for the first time. He was tall, handsome and had manners. The one thing that stands out to me from our first date is, Evan prayed over our meal and our time together. After he did that, I was left speechless. Up until that point, I had never had anyone do that. I spent most of the rest of that date in silence. He definitely carried the conversation (he doesn’t have to worry about that anymore) But all I could think is, he’s different. It didn’t take me long to fall in love with Evan. He’s so kind, such a gentleman and treats me with so much respect. On June 12th, 2022 Evan asked me to be his girlfriend. He accompanied that with the most amazing spread of breakfast you’ve ever seen. And, he also had bought me a ring. The ring was just my size and was pearl-like. (Pearls are my favorite) I remember thinking-what a kind gesture. What kind of man does these things? And again, I knew he was different. On August 29th, 2023 while on our family vacation….Evan asked me to marry him! To say he took me by surprise is an understatement. He played it cool and I had absolutely no idea what he was up to. I will give him huge credit for getting pictures and our proposal video! I will treasure that moment in time forever. He had spent so much time to plan all this for me. That made it so special. He is different, exceeding my expectations and a answer to my prayers. He’s the most loving, genuine, deserving man. Evan, I can’t wait to marry you and start our life together. What an honor it will be to be your wife.

Kaity has said most all of what happened. I do remember that before I met Kaity on hinge, I was on the verge of taking a break from trying to date (Lots of unfulfillment in the dating world in today's time). I truly believe that God sent Kaity to me and that we are meant for each other. I could get into how much she has affected my life, but nobody has the time to sit and read all of that. What I will say is that I am so grateful to have Kaity in my life and I am so ready to marry you and can't wait to start growing this life together. I love you babe!
