We are excited to dine with you over a plated dinner service. We will begin with a fresh house salad served with your choice of ranch dressing or balsamic vinaigrette, along with baked bread and butter. Please select one of the following entrées when completing your RSVP: Ribeye Steak served with Gouda Mac & Cheese and Broccolini. Cooked to chef's recommendation of M/R+ (gluten-free mac & cheese available upon request). Pan-Seared Branzino filet served over sautéed zucchini, onions, and peppers, finished with a white wine butter reduction and wilted swiss chard. Accompanied by toasted spiced almonds and a rich beurre blanc sauce. To conclude the evening, guests will enjoy a chef's dessert display of Basque Cheesecakes with a variety of fruit toppings, including strawberry, blueberry and peach compote (gluten-free cheesecake options will also be available and clearly labeled). We can't wait to share this special meal with you!
