Please RSVP by May 4th, 2025. Formal invitations with all event details will be sent in March. Be sure to respond by the deadline so we can finalize our plans and ensure everyone is properly accommodated.
The ceremony and reception will both be indoors—trust us, it's way too hot to be outside at this time of year! We love you all, but we also love air conditioning. Don’t worry, the venue is fully accessible with elevators, and both the ceremony and reception spaces are just a short stroll apart. No sweat, literally!
We suggest arriving by 4:15PM to allow ample time for parking and traveling to the White Room location. Our ceremony promptly starts at 5:00PM.
You can park within the Historic Downtown Parking Facility. Parking is $20 from 7am-5pm. If you are staying in a hotel near the White Room, we recommend taking an Uber as transportation. Please visit https://www.floridahistoriccoast.com/visitor-info/parking/ as an additional resource for parking.
The number of individuals that will be accommodated for your family has been indicated on your invitation. When you RSVP on the website, you will be able to see the number of people included on your invite.
