May 2, 2026 The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. Please arrive to the hotel by 4:30 PM to allow enough time to make it upstairs to the rooftop lawn. Cocktail hour & reception will follow immediately downstairs at the Palm Ballroom.

The ceremony is currently planned to be held outside on a rooftop lawn (concrete & turf). We have a heat/rain plan, in which case the ceremony will be moved inside. Cocktail hour and reception will both be held inside.
Please RSVP by January 9, 2026 to ensure we can accommodate everyone comfortably. If we don't receive your RSVP, we will assume you will not be attending.

Yes, at the JW Marriott Bonnet Creek Resort. Please follow the link on the "travel" tab of the website (Reservation Link: https://book.passkey.com/go/BartkovichRobbWedding). There are a limited number of reserved rooms at our rate. We are continuously monitoring the number of rooms available and will try to add more as needed.
Reach out to Kaitlyn or Wyatt first, as we might have flexibility in adding more rooms. If not, luckily, our venue is on Disney property and there are numerous hotels in the vicinity. Other hotels nearby include: Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek, Signia by Hilton, Waldorf Astoria Orlando, Disney's Pop Century Resort, Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, Orlando World Center Marriott, Marriott's Sabal Palms, Caribe Royale.
Parking will be validated for guests attending the wedding who are driving in for the day. Please note that overnight parking is not included—guests choosing to stay at the hotel will be responsible for their own overnight parking charges. The hotel offers self-parking and valet.
