When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
As early as 2:00pm. The ceremony begins at 3:00pm.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We ask that you wear Sunday Best. Men- khaki pants or nice, clean jeans Button down shirt or polo Women- dress, skirt, or nice, clean jeans Button down shirt or blouse Everyone- Wear cowboy boots if you got them!

Can I bring a date?

Please only bring yourself and anyone else listed on the invitation you received! No further additions.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Absolutely, for the entire event! But keep in mind alcohol will start being served at the open bar at 7:00pm.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Country Inn and Suites in Winchester VA. The entire Wedding Party and some family of the Bride and Groom have already reserved rooms with them. We recommend joining us there!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes! Plenty!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
No, unfortunately. However, if you believe you'll need a ride contact us and we can coordinate with you.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

No.

Will alcohol be served?
Answer
Yes, there's an open bar. However it won't be open until 7:00pm. Please DO NOT bring your own alcohol and plan a safe way home if you are drinking. Thank you for understanding!
