Where is the wedding?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Southern Grace Weddings & Events Address: 8545 Collierville Arlington Rd. Arlington, TN 38002.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal - Dress to impress, but keep it comfortable! Think cocktail dresses for women or suits and sport coats for men. Feel free to dress up a bit, but no need for black tie.

Please RSVP by September 6th, 2025 so we can finalize all the fun details!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If your invitation includes a plus one, it will be indicated. Otherwise, we kindly ask you to attend solo this time.

We love your little ones, but we’re keeping the celebration adults-only. Thank you for understanding!

Yes! Southern Grace has plenty of parking.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors (weather permitting), and the reception will be indoors.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Music starts at 4:30pm and the ceremony will begin at 5:00pm. Please arrive early enough to allow time to park, find your seat, and settle in before the ceremony begins. If you are coming from work, please allow ~10 extra minutes for traffic. We included a timeline of the evening on the "schedule" tab.

Are there any hotel blocks?

Yes! We reserved rooms at Fairfield Inn & Suites Memphis Arlington, TN. You can find more info for booking on the "travel" tab.

Where are you registered?

Answer

Please use this link: https://www.zola.com/registry/kaitlynandstephenoctober17 to help avoid duplicate gifts. We combined all three registries to make it easier for guests (Anthropology, Amazon and Zola).

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We will have an open bar serving local beer and wine. On your drive in, you will notice that the roads are winding with minimal lighting. Please take precautions when driving home!
