The Chattanooga Market
The Chattanooga Farmer's Market is the perfect place to spend part of your Sunday afternoon. It is held every Sunday from 11am until 4pm at the open-air First Tennessee Pavilion. Try the kettle corn, it's delicious!
Ruby Falls
If you know anything about Chattanooga, you've probably heard of Ruby Falls. It features a 145 ft. high waterfall located 1120 feet underground Lookout Mountain.
Walnut Street Bridge
One of favorite hot spots in Chattanooga is taking a stroll on the Walnut Street Bridge. One side features the Northshore shops and Coolidge Park, and on the other side you will find the Tennessee Aquarium.

Lookout Mountain Incline Railway
Aside from the views and Civil War history at the top of the railway, there is also plenty to do at the bottom of the incline station. Below in St. Elmo, you will find a great collection of unique shops, restaurants, and attractions. Some of the things you’ll find are microbrewery tours, fresh flowers, homemade candlemaking, unique coffee, indoor climbing wall, fresh-made burritos, outdoor local dining, and hand-dipped ice cream.
Rock City
Located atop Lookout Mountain, just 6 miles from downtown Chattanooga, Rock City features massive ancient rock formations, gardens with over 400 native plant species, and breathtaking "See 7 States" panoramic views. This tourist attraction is perfect for families of all ages.
Duck Boats
Enjoy a scenic tour of downtown Chattanooga while floating down the river. The duck boat rides are offered 7 days a week, with hours available on their website.
Southside Social
Southside Social offers bowling, cornhole, ping pong, billiards, foosball, skeeball, and giant jenga. Their fried mac n cheese is also a highlight.
Sunset Rock
Looking for a nice view? You need to checkout Sunset Rock. It's a beautiful drive up Lookout Mountain (passing Ruby Falls) and a short walk over to a large cliff overlooking the city. (Be careful not to get too close to the edge, it's a long way down!) If you are feeling extra adventurous, you can continue to hike 1.5 miles down to the historical Cravens House.
