When is the deadline for RSVPs?

Answer

We encourage everyone to RSVP sooner rather than later, but our deadline is April 30. Please refer to our RSVP section on how to do so.

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Semi-formal- cocktail. We ask that guests to please refrain from wearing eucalyptus green and hunter green as those are the teams’ colors.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate plus one's. Only those specifically included on the invitations are invited. However, the welcome event is open, so if you'd like to bring someone, please let Kaitlyn or Peter know!

What if I have food allergies?

Answer

Dinner will be served buffet style, but we kindly ask you to let us know if you have any allergies we need to be aware of.

Will there be transportation provided?

Answer

Only on the day of the wedding will there be our own private shuttle that takes guests from Estes Park Condos to and from the wedding venue 3:30pm-12am. Any guest may request a ride on the shuttle during that time, as many times as you need.

What is there to do around the venue?

Answer

The venue is located right next to the Rocky National Park, lots of hiking trails, and Estes Park is a small quaint town with lots of touristy activities to do.
