Yes, of course!
A shuttle will be available on Friday, June 10th to transport guests to and from the venue. The shuttle will be arriving and departing from the Residence Inn hotel so please make sure you have transportation arranged to this hotel if you are staying elsewhere. You will receive a shuttle schedule upon checking into your hotel room.
There is free parking at the ceremony site. There will also be a shuttle available to transport guests to and from the Residence Inn hotel. Please refer to the previous question for more details on the shuttle.
The welcome bags contain information on the welcome dinner and the shuttle schedule. Therefore, if this question applies to you, please plan to swing by the front desk to grab your bag. Otherwise, let us know and we will provide you with this information via text.
The ceremony will be held outside under a covered bridge. The reception will have two available spaces: an outdoor covered patio and an indoor air-conditioned dining room
The reception will be held on the same grounds as the wedding ceremony and will take place directly after the ceremony concludes.
Wine and beer will be provided for the majority of the reception. All other soda and alcoholic beverages can be purchased with cash or card.
Along with our wedding, we also have two birthdays to celebrate!! (Sam Clarke - June 10th and Gillian Burns - June 11th). When you see them, please make sure to wish them well :)
