The Ceremony

5:00 pm - 5:30 pm

Our unplugged ceremony will take place indoors at the Grand Staircase. The wedding ceremony will start promptly at 5:00 pm. We ask that you arrive at the venue by 4:30 pm and be seated for the ceremony by 4:50 pm. If you arrive at or after 5:00 pm, you will be asked to wait to be seated so as not to interrupt the ceremony. We ask that you kindly put your phones, tablets, cameras, and devices away and on silent during the ceremony as it will be completely device-free. We invite you to be fully present with us at our ceremony. We have a wonderful photographer and videographer who will capture the ceremony for us, and we look forward to sharing those professional photographs when they are ready. Thank you for understanding!

Cocktail Hour

5:30 pm - 6:30 pm

The cocktail hour will take place on the covered porch and will be heated by a fireplace and space heaters. The menu for our cocktail hour is: Marinated Pineapple Ricotta Meatballs Fried Portobello Mushrooms Tortilla Chips and Hot Dips While the ceremony is device-free, our cocktail hour and our reception are not! Please feel free to take as many pictures of yourself as you want and snap photos with your family and friends during this time! You may post photos on social media as long as they do not include the bridal party or too many details shots as we will want to post our professional photos first. Additionally, some of our guests do not want to be posted on social media. Please ensure the photos you post only include yourself and those you know. Thank you!

Reception

6:45 pm - 9:45 pm

Meals will be plated and served. The dinner menu: Starter: Caesar salad and bread Entree: Your choice of Sliced Petite Tender Steak with a Red Wine Demi Sauce or Pork Tenderloin with Apple Bourbon Jus Vegetable: Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Cherry Balsamic Gastrique Starch: Baked Macaroni and Cheese Adults, when RSVP'ing, please select your protein from the drop-down (all children ages 13 and under will be served Chicken Tenders with Mac & Cheese). If you have dietary accommodations (e.g., gluten-free, dairy-free), please note this where indicated when you RSVP. The dance floor will open around 7:45 pm after all the specialty dances have concluded. We will have a mix of our favorite songs, line dances, slow songs, and wedding classics! Be sure to add your song requests to your RSVP! The dance floor and the reception area will close at 9:50 pm, and all guests will make their way to the front of the Grand Holland Estate for send-off.

Send-Off!

10:00 pm - 10:15 pm

Send-off will be at the front entrance of the Grand Holland Estate! Thank you so much for celebrating our wedding with us!
