Wedding location/directions

The wedding and reception as well as accommodations are being held at Camp Laughing Waters, a residential Girl Scout camp in Gilbertsville Pennsylvania. The main entrance to camp is off of New Hanover Square Rd. When arriving to camp you will be turning onto Hildelbidel Rd, there will be a brick house on your right, continue straight through the open gate and straight down the main road. The main parking lot will be at the bottom of the hill straight past the dining hall. There will be maps, signs and staff to assist with navigating camp.

While we love your littles ones, we are limiting the children at our wedding to close family members. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can relax and enjoy this time with us.

Cabin Info

Answer

Each cabin includes twin size bunk beds, a small kitchen with a stove and oven, bathroom with showers and a private room with 1-2 bunk beds. Cabins have electricity and heat as well as multiple windows that may be opened. Food is allowed in cabins but please put it in the fridge or a sealed container when not in use.

Info for guests sleeping over

Answer

Guests are welcome to sleep over at camp in cabins or at any nearby hotels. Recommendations are listed in the accommodations tab. If sleeping over at camp you may check in at (TBD). Staff will be available to direct you to your cabins. You may drive your car to your cabin but it will need to return it to the main parking lot prior to the ceremony start and it will remain there until you are packing up on Sunday. A continental breakfast will be served at (TBD) in the dining hall on Sunday morning. All guests must have belongings removed from the cabin by (TBD). We are so excited you are planning on spending this extra time with us!
