We recommend that you fly into this airport as it is the closest airport to the venue and is about a 30 minute drive. However, you can also fly into Midway (about 1 hour) if you prefer.

Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center Hotel

We have a block of rooms reserved at the Renaissance Hotel in Schaumburg. There will be shuttles leaving from this hotel to transport guests to and from the wedding. Embassy Suites by Hilton Chicago Schaumburg Woodfield

We have also reserved a second block of rooms at the Embassy Suites just down the road from the Renaissance. The last day to book a room within this block is May 20th.

Shuttle Schedule

Shuttle to the Wedding: Shuttles will depart from the Renaissance at 4:45pm and drop off guests at the Brix before the ceremony. Shuttles Returning to the Hotel: Shuttles will depart from the Brix at the following times and bring guests to both the Renaissance hotel and the Embassy Suites; 9:00 10:15 11:45 There will also be a final shuttle that will pick up from Rosie O’Hares at 1:30am for anyone who would like to keep the party going with us! We will be heading to Rosie O’Hares after the last song and it is a short 2 minute walk from the venue.
