Shuttles will leave the hotels promptly at 3:45pm. If you miss the shuttle, you will need to arrange other transportation to the venue. TWO pick-up locations: Courtyard by Marriott and Tru by Hilton. If you are booked at one of the other two hotels, please walk across the parking lot to the closest shuttle bus.

The final shuttles will leave the venue at the end of the reception (11:00pm). If you plan to leave early, shuttles will also leave at 9:00pm and 10:00pm.
