Tent campers pay a fee of $15 per person per night. Campers are responsible for providing their own camping equipment. RV’s are allowed at a rate of $35 per vehicle per night (per person fees do not apply to RV campers). Camping spots are non-designated and first come first serve the day of the event to be selected upon arrival. Funds for camping and RV sites will be collected directly by Kaitlyn and Dylan in a bulk request 1 month before the event. There is no need for you to reach out to Vernonia Springs to pay for your site.

No. The RV parking area is a grass field, which is not equipped with water or electrical hook ups.

Yes. The ceremony site isn't covered but the pavilion area is covered and there will be an event tent set up in the event it rains and we will likely move the ceremony site in the event of rain. Let's just keep our fingers crossed for nice weather.
Please bring a 6"X4" picture of the bride and/or groom with/without you in the photo and write something on the back for the photo album. You may want to bring a change of casual clothes for after the ceremony and reception. Lastly, if you plan on camping, be sure and bring what you need for camping.
Surprise us! Or don't! The attire is camp classy for the ceremony. Guys will likely wear a dress shirt, jeans, and boots or nice shoes. Gals will likely wear summer dresses or jeans and a blouse. Keep in mind the ceremony site is on grass so stilettos are not advised. Guests are welcome to change into more comfortable clothes after the ceremony. That said, if you have a pair of tuxedo shorts or jeggings you've been wanting to wear, feel free to sport them.
Unfortunately dogs are not allowed on the property. Sorry for the inconvenience!
We will NOT have assigned seats, but we will have table numbers for ease of calling and grabbing plates for dinner!
