FAQs

Question

What happens if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

If we don’t receive your RSVP by the date provided, we’ll kindly record your response as a “No.” While we’ll truly miss celebrating with you, we must provide final guest counts to our venue and vendors to ensure a smooth and enjoyable day for everyone. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to accommodate late RSVPs, as seating and meals will already be finalized. ***Please note that the RSVP tab will become available once formal invitations have been sent out.

Question

Can I bring a guest to the wedding?

Answer

Due to the limited capacity of our venue, we’re only able to accommodate those formally listed on your wedding invitation. If a plus-one has been extended, your invitation will read “{Your Name} & Guest." We truly appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we truly adore your little ones, we kindly ask that our wedding and reception be an adults-only celebration. The only children attending will be those participating in the ceremony. We deeply appreciate your understanding and respect for our wishes as we’ve thoughtfully planned this special day, and we hope you enjoy a relaxing evening celebrating with us! If this presents a hardship for your attendance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly. We’ll do our best to help with any necessary accommodations.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to arrive no later than 5:00 PM, which is thirty minutes before the ceremony begins. This will allow ample time for parking and finding your seat. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM, and late arrivals will not be permitted to enter. Guests arriving after the start time will be directed to join us at the cocktail hour.

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

Our ceremony will be unplugged, and we kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos or videos—no phones or cameras, please. The greatest gift you can give us is your presence as we say “I do.” We have hired professional photographers to capture these special moments and promise to share the photos with you once we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you’d like!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dress to impress on our special day! We kindly request formal attire for our wedding celebration. Ladies may choose a floor-length, tea-length, or midi formal dress, while gentlemen are welcomed to wear a suit and tie or a collared dress shirt with slacks. We ask that jeans and hats be avoided.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! We want all of our guests to enjoy the meal safely. Please indicate any dietary restrictions, allergies, or special requests when you RSVP on our wedding website, or reach out to us directly. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Question

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and the reception will take place indoors.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We’ve listed a selection of highly rated hotels under the Travel tab, all located within ten miles of our venue. You are also welcome to explore additional options that best suit your accommodations and needs.

Question

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

We’ll truly miss you if you can’t join us! Please let us know by indicating your regrets on the RSVP tab so we can plan accordingly. Thank you for letting us know, we appreciate it!
