Welcome Event

7:30 pm - 9:30 pm

Attire: Cocktail

For men, cocktail attire means a suit and tie. For women, a midi or knee-length dress or a dressy jumpsuit is perfect. We kindle ask that you avoid jeans, t-shirts and sneakers. Weather-permitting, this is an outdoor event near the ocean. Please bring a light jacket or wrap as it may get chilly. Light bites will be passed.

Ceremony

3:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Attire: Black Tie Optional

For those not driving, we are offering transportation to the ceremony, the reception, and back to the pick-up points: The "Experience Rhode Island buses will pick-up at 2 locations: Middletown Pick-up (Wyndham - 240 Aquidneck Ave): Depart at 2:20p Newport Pick-up (Half-Circle Drive adjacent to The Red Parrot - 348 Thames St): Depart at 2:20p Guest Transportation to Marina Cafe & Pub (next to Regatta Place-Reception): Continuous trips starting at 4:30p. Last bus departs at 5:15p. Post-Ceremony Transportation: All Buses depart at 11:10p. Buses will drop off at Fastnet Pub for those wishing to join after-party. Additional buses will make final drop-offs at The Red Parrot (Newport) and The Wyndham (Middletown).

Happy Hour

6:00 pm

If you are planning to enjoy the weekend in Newport, spend the day Friday exploring one of the options on our “Things to Do” list and meet us after for Happy Hour.

Meet Us at the Beach!

11:00 am

If your plans include staying for the weekend, join us for a casual day at the beach (weather permitting). BYOB and come and go as you please. We will gather at the 2nd Beach parking lot.
