Once upon a time in the mystical land of swipes and matches, Kaitlyn and Andrew crossed paths on Bumble. Andrew bravely swiped right on Kaitlyn’s profile (which, featuring pictures from her recent trip to Yosemite, was clearly the best one), and Kaitlyn swiped right on Andrew, yet another one of her hundreds of potential online suitors. After only chatting on the app for three days, they finally decided to meet up! Their first date was at Legion Brewing, and Andrew, in true Andrew fashion, kicked things off with a dumb Andrew-type joke. Surprisingly to him at the time, Kaitlyn genuinely laughed, and Andrew realized he might have just found someone who not only tolerated his terrible humor but actually enjoyed it. The conversation flowed effortlessly, and by the end of the night, they both knew they’d found something special. It wasn’t until their third date, though, when Kaitlyn casually rested her hand on Andrew’s leg that he finally realized she might actually be interested in more than just friendship. At one point, their conversation moved to music tastes and Kaitlyn shared her favorite song was "Enchanted" by Taylor Swift. Andrew, being the smooth and suave piano maestro that he is (this is Andrew writing this, by the way), decided to take it to the next level: he learned how to play it on the piano. After one of their early dates, Andrew surprised Kaitlyn by playing it for her. It was a move straight out of a rom-com, and Kaitlyn was hooked. Fast forward a few weeks and Kaitlyn was elated to put the app to rest as she had finally found what she had been looking for: a gorgeous, strong, hilarious, and intelligent man (still Andrew writing this) to sweep her off her feet and carry her away to a "happily ever after" filled with dumb jokes, wonderful conversations, and exciting adventures.
