Yes, cocktail attire is encouraged, however we are celebrating the reception at a farm so women should think about shoes with a thicker heel.
The ceremony will be located at the Annunciation Chapel at 2pm. The address for the chapel is 85 Beacon Street, Florence, MA. Guests are to drive to and from chapel. Guest shuttles will only be for Hotel to Valley View and vice versa.
The reception will be held at Valley View Farm located at 16 Walpole Rd, Haydenville MA. Cocktail hour will begin at 5pm, however there is a bar (Muse Cider Bar) at the venue that will be open to guests starting at 3:30pm.
Guests can go to their hotel between the ceremony and cocktail hour to check-in (if not already done so), or guests can drive directly from the chapel to Valley View Farm and enjoy welcome drinks at the Muse Cider Bar starting at 3:30 (prior to cocktail hour).
Yes, Shuttles will be provided from Hotel Northampton & Fairfield Inn to Valley View Farm - they will pickup at both Fairfield & Hotel Northampton at 3:30 and 4:35 pm (the 4:35pm bus may run a few minutes late). If you miss the 2nd shuttle, feel free to drive to the venue and park overnight. Shuttles returning to the hotels will leave Valley View at 9:00, 10:00 and 11:00pm.
If you drive directly to Valley View Farm, there is plenty of overnight parking available. Guests who drive to the reception are strongly encouraged to take the shuttles back to the hotels and leave their vehicle at Valley View. Cars can stay at Valley View until the next morning but must be picked up by 11am on Sunday 9/24.
For guests who want to say "farewell" on Sunday, Mark and Tricia are hosting a "farewell breakfast" at the Northampton Room at Hotel Northampton from 8:30 - 10:30. Please feel free to stop in before checkout (even if you are at Fairfield Inn)!
