What's the parking situation?

Answer

The barn has a BIG open field in front that will have plenty of space. There will be attendants helping to direct parking. There will also be a golf cart to help shuttle anyone that needs assistance to the seating area.

Will it be all outside?

Answer

Ceremony will be outside by the lake, followed by cocktail hour right outside the barn with games and refreshments served. Reception will be inside the air-conditioned barn. Yes, there are bathrooms inside.

May I bring my child/ Plus One?

Answer

With exception to family and friends coming from out of town, this is mostly kid free. We promise we love your kiddos but make it a date night! We also would have loved to meet your lovely boo but let's save it for another time! We promise you will have plenty of fun!

When should I arrive?

Answer

The music will start at 4pm. We ask that all guests be seated by 4:15-4:20pm to be sure the pathway is clear for the ceremony to start promptly at 4:30pm. It takes about 40 minutes to an hour to get out there from the Gainesville area so please be sure to leave a little more than an hour in order to allow yourself time for parking and walking down to the seating area!

What is the attire?

Answer

We ask guests to please wear semi-formal attire. No jeans please!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We have included with your invitation a RSVP card with a stamped envelope. Fill out, tuck it in the envelope, and drop it in the mail so we can receive it by March 21st. We ask that you RSVP as soon as you can in order for us to get our final numbers to our wonderful venue team in a timely manner. If you are unable to attend, we will greatly miss you!!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

This will be an unplugged ceremony. We ask that all guests place their phones on silent or off once the ceremony begins. Our wonderful photographer that we have will be capturing all of the beautiful moments! We will share all the photos when they are ready!!

How much of a dirt road will I have to drive on?

Answer

If you are coming by way of 301, then you will be driving on narrow dirt road for about the last 8ish minutes of the drive with the venue being on your right. If you are coming by way of 21, then you will be on that narrow dirt road for only 3 minutes with the venue being on your left through the black gates. Since the road is a tad narrow, again please leave with extra time to allow for the drive out there!
