General Information

To reach Golden from the Denver airport (DEN), we recommend taking an Uber or Lyft, which takes approximately 35–45 minutes. If you’re planning to explore nearby mountains or hiking trails, renting a car might be a more convenient option. For guests staying in downtown Denver, there is a convenient train that runs between the Denver Airport and Union Station. We’ve selected a few great hotel options in the Golden area that are conveniently located near both the venue and downtown Golden. A shuttle service for the ceremony and reception will be provided to and from these hotels for your convenience. However, if you prefer to stay elsewhere, feel free to take an Uber or drive to the venue. There will be ample parking available at the venue, and overnight parking is permitted if needed.

Complimentary Shuttle from Hotels to Venue

September 20, 2025 2:30 pm - 3:00 pm

A shuttle will take guests from The Golden Hotel to The Pines (ceremony and reception venue), departing at 2:30 p.m. Note: Table Mountain Inn is a short four-minute walk to The Golden Hotel! Another shuttle will take guests from Hampton Inn Denver-West/Golden to The Pines (ceremony & reception venue), departing at 2:30 p.m.. Note: Holiday Inn Express is right next door to the Hampton Inn!

Complimentary Shuttle from Venue to Downtown Golden & Hotels

September 20, 2025 9:30 pm - 10:15 pm

Following the reception, two shuttles will take guests back to downtown Golden (near The Golden Hotel) and The Hampton Inn Denver-West/Golden. The shuttles will make stops at both hotels. Departure times from the venue will be around 9:30 p.m. and 9:45 p.m.
