Maid of Honor
Fiona has been Kaitlin’s friend from college since the Yale ROTC orientation hiking trip they took the week before freshman year. Since then, they have been with each other every step of the way, pulling all-nighters together before exams, shining their shoes at midnight, living together, and FaceTiming whenever they were apart. When Kaitlin left for ROTC Field Training, Fiona jokingly told her to find her husband there…which she did. Fiona has enjoyed being the third wheel to their drives to the Cape and nights out in New Haven, and she’s hoping they name another fish after her so she can be there in spirit as they start their life together.
Best Man
Parker and I met sophomore year at the University of Mississippi when we both joined AFROTC. Parker blazed a path for me as the Cadet Wing Commander the semester before I held the same position and his advice was something I greatly valued. We bonded over a love of Ole Miss baseball and having a few beers with the boys. We split up for pilot training but have stayed close friends and it has been amazing to see Parker achieve his goal of becoming an F-22 pilot. I’m excited to be here for the beginning of Kaitlin and Parker’s new journey together and am hoping to join Sam in getting down on the dance floor!
Maid of Honor
I met Kaitlin when we were seniors in high school at the admitted students weekend at Yale. Nearly 7 years later, our friendship means more to me than I could have ever imagined. We’ve shared so many experiences: early-morning Air Force ROTC, late night studying at the library, more Alpha Phi formals than you could count, a trip to London and the beginning of our careers in the Air Force. I remember meeting Parker during his first visit to Yale. I was so happy that my best friend found such a great partner. I’m so thrilled to be by Kaitlin’s side as she starts this new chapter of her life.

Sam and Parker met freshman year at Ole Miss at a Delta Psi fraternity party after having a few cold ones. They would eventually join Delta Psi and AFROTC together. Parker would eventually become Cadet Wing Commander, while Sam became fraternity president. Their shared passion for military aviation led to many days spent together on flight simulators, airshows, and buffoonery of all sorts. This passion also led them both to Euro-NATO Joint Jet Pilot Training where they remained close friends throughout. Sam is ecstatic for Parker and Kaitlin and can’t wait to get down on the dancefloor!

Jane and Kaitlin were paired together by Yale as freshman year roommates back in 2016. They hit it off immediately (sorry Parker!) bonding over having only brothers and loving country music and dachshunds, and most people they met that fall were shocked to learn that they hadn’t known each other prior to college. Despite being busy with ROTC commitments for Kaitlin and track and field commitments for Jane, they were basically attached at the hip, blending friend groups and ultimately living together for the next three years.

Parker and I first met over a decade ago in the fly over state of Illinois. Back then, you would find us either exploring the vast open world of Scott AFB or being architects in Minecraft. Our friendship has stood the test of time and has only grown over the years. Though we have lived in separate places, we always find time to catch up. I know with absolute certainty that Parker is one of my most loyal and caring friends. There are very few people that are as well-rounded and solid as Parker. I am so glad to have him as one of my best friends. I look forward to being there to celebrate Parker and Kaitlin’s love on their wedding day!

Christina and Kaitlin met back in middle school during their time on the gymnastics team together. It was an immediate friendship, and has only grown stronger throughout the years. Through many long, hard hours of gymnastics practice they were always able to find laughter and joy in each other. Their friendship went far outside of just gymnastics practice, going to the same middle school and high school, they spent nearly everyday together. Some of their best memories include just hanging out at each others houses after school, weekends out together, visiting each other at college, and joining each others' family vacations. Kaitlin has been such a good friend over the years, and no one is more excited to see her and Parker happy together than one of her oldest friends.
Groomsman
Brett, Kaitlin's youngest brother, has been a constant companion, competitor, snowboarding partner, and running mate to Kaitlin for the past 18 years. He grew up where he and Kaitlin would spend entire days together filled with fun activities like playing mini golf, going apple picking, and hiking the Blue Hills. They spent long car rides blasting Luke Bryan, while they compared their middle school and college lives. As the years go by, Brett will still always be the person Kaitlin takes along for running outdoors, hiking in the woods, or swimming in the ocean. Brett has known Parker for nearly four years now. Although Brett has accidentally dropped Parker’s phone into the ocean, and Parker mistakenly hit the father of the bride with a 40-yard Tom Brady-like spiral, they have shared great memories and have formed a strong friendship.
Bridesmaid
Jules has known Kaitlin and the Porter family since she started dating her brother, Billy, at Notre Dame. Her favorite memories with the bride and groom include numerous weekends of fun in Chatham filled with cornhole, Mario Party, and other games, as well as their bachelor & bachelorette party in Austin. She’s super excited to celebrate Kaitlin and Parker at the wedding!
Groomsman
Billy, twenty-three, is Kaitlin’s younger brother. Only one and a half years her junior, Billy has had the privilege of being mentored by Kaitlin in all facets of life. Her academic and athletic excellence continues to inspire him every day to be the best version of himself, and he will always remember when the two were in the same statistics class together at Walpole High School (even if it got a bit competitive). Despite knowing him for several years, Billy is still amazed at the amount of knowledge he accumulates whenever he spends time with Parker. Billy loved the time spent with Parker during the bachelor party in Austin and is very excited about their strong friendship. It makes him very happy that Parker and Kaitlin are a perfect match and he is excited for their special day. Overall, Billy’s favorite activity to do with them together is playing 2v2 volleyball along with his girlfriend, Jules.
Bridesmaid
Madeline is Parker's younger sister. Just 3 years younger, Madeline has always looked up to Parker and often followed in his foot steps, like running cross country in high school and attending Ole Miss. Getting to know Kaitlin and watch Parker fall in love was such an exciting time for her, and she is looking forward to finally having a sister!
Groomsman
Logan, being Parker’s younger brother by 10 years, has found himself the sole inheritor of a near endless pile of Southern Tide clothes, Delta Psi shirts, track spikes, and aviation paraphernalia. With such an age difference, most memories of bonding pre-college consist of Nerf wars, Lego building, and snap circuits. Of course, in more recent years, Parker has served as an excellent conversation partner whom Logan never fails to learn from. Logan can’t wait to welcome Kaitlin to the family and watch the two continue to smash their goals together
Officiant
Michael is Susan’s brother and Kaitlin's uncle; and as a Christian minister, he is excited to be officiating the wedding of Kaitlin and Parker. All of us who watched Kaitlin grow up knew that this child was destined for greatness, and now we are delighted that she will share a life of happiness with Parker. We will keep the ceremony brief and joyful as we witness the sacred beginning of their journey together.

Hannah and Kaitlin are cousins/sisters for life. Hannah has always relied on the relationship with Kaitlin to get through all family functions. Although they’re often apart in distance, Hannah knows she can always count on Kaitlin for support and comfort through the many life events they’ve dealt with together. Growing up they always talked about their dreams and aspirations. When Kaitlin started talking about Parker, Hannah knew he was the one. She couldn’t imagine someone better for her cousin. She is so proud to see her little cousin in all her accomplishments, but is even more happy for her to have found her person. They’ve talked about this day for years and she can’t wait to be part of such a special day.
