Where should we book a room?
Answer
You can stay on site at the Stroudsmoor country inn if you'd like. Just give them a call at (570) 421-6431 | Ext. 411 as soon as possible, they may book up fast. You can also stay at either of the rooms we have room blocks with. Please refer to the "travel" tab above with accommodations!

Will there be transportation from the hotels?
Answer
Yes! We will have shuttles both to the venue and back to the hotels at the end of the night.

What is the days schedule?
Answer
Please arrive at 4pm so we can start the ceremony to start at 4:30pm with hors-d'oeuvres to follow. The reception will start at 5 and end at 10pm and there will be a private after party to follow!

Can I post on social media?
Answer
We ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. We have paid for an amazing photographer that will capture everything you would want to. If you do happen to snap a quick photo, please do not post it on social media. However, you may post any photos you take of the reception! It's a party after all!

I'm flying internationally, where should I fly into?
Answer
Stroudsburg is pretty centrally placed with multiple airports. You can fly into Philadelphia international airport, Newark liberty international airport, JFK International airport, or Laguardia international airport. All will be able to get you close enough to stroudsburg within a 2 hr drive.

What is the expected weather?
Answer
October in Northeast Pennsylvania can be temperamental. Last year it was sunny with clear skies and around 80 degrees. It may be cooler, it may rain, it's up to nature to decide! We will be keeping a close eye on the weather as well and will provide blankets for the ceremony if its a cooler day.

I have a dietary restriction, can I have a different meal?

Yes! Our venue will happily provide you with a specialty meal should you have a dietary restrictions. Please let us know what you need and will let the venue know.

Can I bring gifts to the wedding?
Answer
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home at 204 Brecknock Ter West Chester, Pa 19380. A wedding card box will be at our reception.
