Question

I need to change my RSVP, what do I do?

Answer

If you need to change your RSVP or forgot to RSVP by the deadline and plan on attending, please contact the bride Kaitlin as soon as possible. Phone contact: 541-408-5514

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 12, 2025, so we can finalize our plans and ensure everything is ready for your arrival! We will be opening RSVPs on our website near the end of April.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Our dress code is semi-formal. Guests are encouraged to dress in elegant yet comfortable attire—think dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and dress slacks with a button-up shirt. A blazer or dressy jacket can be added for a more polished look. Feel free to get creative, but please keep the vibe sophisticated and celebratory!

Question

What colors should family and friends wear?

Answer

We’d love for our family and friends to wear colors that complement our wedding palette if possible! Dusty rose, sage, and champagne tones are all beautiful options. Navy is another great choice, though please keep in mind it may be in the 80s that day. We’ve also added a photo of these recommended colors to our Galley for reference!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

You can start arriving as early as 4:00pm. Our ceremony will start at 4:30pm.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We kindly ask that you only bring a guest who is listed on the RSVP. If you have any questions or need to make adjustments, please feel free to reach out to Justin or Kaitlin. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, children are welcome! Please note that we will have an open bar, so we kindly ask that kids be supervised throughout the event. We also request that all guests stay on the designated paths and avoid picking flowers in the gardens to help preserve the beauty of the space.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! Please include any allergies or dietary restrictions in your RSVP, and we'll make sure to pass this information along to our caterer to accommodate your needs.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be plenty of parking available. There is also an ADA drop off area and parking close by the ceremony/reception. If you plan on drinking, please refrain from driving. Ubers, Lyfts, and taxis are locally available for your convenience. All vehicles must be removed from the parking lot by 9:30 PM. Thank you for helping us keep the celebration safe and enjoyable for everyone!
