The shuttle will bring guests to the venue from the hotel for Cocktail Hour beginning at 4:45pm 4:30pm pickup at SpringHill Suites [Depart 4:45pm] 5:00pm pickup at SpringHill Suites [Depart 5:10pm] 5:20pm pickup at SpringHill Suites [Depart 5:30pm] 5:30pm pickup at SpringHill Suites [Depart 5:40pm] **During cocktail hour the bus will be driving back and forth so these are estimated times, it’s about a 5 minute drive to and from the reception** Shuttle will begin bringing guests back to the designated hotel at the end of the night. 9:00pm arrival, 9:10pm departure 10:00pm arrival, 10:10pm departure 11:00pm arrival, 11:10pm departure 11:35pm arrival, 11:45pm departure FINAL DEPARTURE OF THE NIGHT

We have a block of rooms at this hotel and a discount code. Due to hotel policy, they only give us up to 20 rooms at a time, therefore we will periodically be adding more as they are booked up. If you go to book and it says there are none left please contact Kaitlin and she will have them add more rooms. We have reserved both king and double queen style rooms, each room also includes a pull-out couch. Days of the Block: August 2nd - August 4th King Rate: $149 *KINGS ARE SOLD OUT FOR SATURDAY* Double Queen Rate: $169 Important Notes: - All unbooked rooms under the block will be released on July 1st per hotel policy. Therefore, if you are planning to stay at the hotel you must book prior to this date. -The hotel does not charge your credit card until you check out for your stay.
