We met and sat next to each other in an accounting class in fall of our Senior year of college thanks to our professor telling Joey to not sit in the last row of the lecture hall. While this was not the beginning of our story together, it was however fun to look back on this moment when we did start dating. Fast forward two years we were both out with our friends and ran into each other and caught up for a while. After that night Kaitlin ended up sliding into Joey's DMs and asked if he wanted to get together again. From that night on we began hanging out almost every day and officially started dating in February. We moved in together in October 2020 and just recently purchased our first home in September 2023. In between it all we have created some beautiful memories and we couldn't be more grateful our professor made Joey move up to my row.

While on vacation in Europe this last summer, our first stop of the trip was in Paris, France. On our fourth day there we had tickets to the top of the Eiffel Tower where we shared some champagne, talked about how perfect our trip had been so far, and watched the sunset. On our way down we found this perfect little hidden spot to watch it sparkle. After the sparkling ended, Kaitlin asked if we wanted to go to a dive wine bar by our hotel. When she stood up I was getting on one knee and asked if she would marry me. She said YES and we celebrated at the dive wine bar that will always hold a special place in our hearts. We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you!
