HIKE MEEKER TRAIL
A moderate 4 mile hike with panoramic views of Lake Waramaug. This popular route starts on the Meeker Trail, eventually reaching Marcicostas Overlook, before heading west to Waramaug's Rock. Please click the AllTrails link below to get directions.
Hike Along the Appalachian Trail & Housatonic River
Take a 15-20 minute drive and you'll arrive at the Appalachian Trail's Connecticut portion. Pick a trail and enjoy walking along the AT and/or Housatonic River.
Lake Waramaug State Park
Enjoy some time lakeside at the State Park! They have a beach, swimming area, grills, and kayaks/canoes for rent.
