It all began in spring of 2019... David and I used to work at the mall in Franklin, TN. He worked security and I worked in management at Pandora. At work, we had a running joke that each of the security guards were our "boyfriends" but I had told them I thought David was genuinely cute. While I was out of town at a concert, some of the girls at work quite literally ran David down in the mall and told him I liked him, described who I was, and told him that I was out of town but he should come talk to me when I got back. David had apparently known exactly who I was but didn't think what they said was true. After being on opposite work schedules for a week, David was walking by the store when the girls flagged him down (literally) and he had came in to introduce himself to me. We started talking and after being friend-zoned for a couple of months, I decided to give David a chance and it was the best decision I ever made. He later asked me to be his girlfriend with the leading line.... "My dad wants to know if we're dating", so naturally I told him that if that was his way of asking me, then yes! Ever since that day, we've been inseparable and can't wait to begin a new journey in May 2022!
