Travel Tips

The Wedding Website of Kaitlin Schmitt and Bradford Taylor
Below is some travel information for those coming from outside of Boston. If you want tips on a particular hotel or rental you're looking at, or specific questions, feel free to reach out to us.

Travel Note

Safety Information

We highly encourage all of our guests to get vaccinated if possible in order to keep all other guests and venue staff safe. We also recommend paying attention to any Massachusetts travel guidance and mask mandates when in the city. Click "View" to see current Massachusetts travel regulations.

Flight

Boston Logan Airport

For those coming in from out of town, we recommend flying into Boston Logan Airport. Our wedding venue is a 45 minute drive from Boston. Boston Logan Airport offers a few different car rental option, and a low cost shuttle to various areas within the city.

Travel Note

Nearby Towns

Wondering where to stay while you're in town? While the DoubleTree by Hilton Boston North Shore hotel is a 10 minute drive from our venue, we're also close to downtown Boston (45 minutes) and Salem (25 minutes). We're more than happy to recommend things to do and places to stay if you're looking to spend a longer weekend in town.

Travel Note

Lyft

If you are staying in Boston, the quickest way to get around within the city is to use a ride sharing app such as Lyft. If you choose to rent a car, this will be great for getting to and from the venue, but may not be as helpful when getting around the city.

Hotel

DoubleTree by Hilton Boston North Shore

50 Ferncroft Road
Danvers, MA 01923

The hotel closest to our venue is the DoubleTree by Hilton Boston North Shore, which is a 10 minute drive from The Commons 1854.
