Question

What is the dress code? / Cual es el codigo de vestimenta?

Answer

This is not only a family event, but a holy sacrament, so we ask that you please dress modestly. This will also be a black tie event, however if you don't own black formal attire, dark gray, navy blue, or other dark neutral colors may work as well (See color palette above). White button-up shirts for gentlemen are preferred & ladies please refrain from wearing white dresses. No denim, shorts, t-shirts, hats, sneakers or revealing attire will be permitted at the ceremony or reception. What time should I arrive to the ceremony? / A que hora debo llegar a la ceremonia?

Answer

Please arrive a minimum of 45-30 minutes prior to the ceremony. This will allow time for guests to park, greet and interact, find their seats, and spiritually prepare themselves prior to the start of the holy mass. Por favor llegue un mínimo de 45-30 minutos antes de la ceremonia. What if I am not Catholic? / Y si no soy Catolico?

Answer

If the Catholic faith is not a part of your journey yet or you have been away for some time, we still invite you to come to mass and follow the instructions that will be provided on the ceremony booklets to help guide you through the process. The church is a sacred and safe space where all are welcome and are invited to join us as one community. Si la fe Católica aún no es parte de su vida o ha estado lejos de la iglesia por algún tiempo, aún los invitamos a venir a misa y seguir las instrucciones que se proporcionarán en los folletos de la ceremonia para guiarlos a través del proceso. Can I take pictures during the ceremony? / Puedo tomar fotos durante la ceremonia?

Answer

Please, remember to turn off your phones and that there will be no photography allowed during the holy mass. We will have professional photography and videography covering the ceremony and reception. Por favor, recuerden apagar sus teléfonos y que tomar fotografías estara prohibido durante la santa misa. Contaremos con fotografía y video profesionales que cubran la ceremonia y la recepción.

Will the reception be indoors or outdoors? / La recepcion sera adentro o al aire libre?

Answer

The main ballroom will be indoors, however there will also be an outdoor patio available. El salón de baile principal estará adentro pero también habrá un patio al aire libre disponible.

Will there be parking available? / Habra estacionamiento disponible?

Answer

Yes, both the church and reception will have free, public parking available. However, please note that due to the chapel's smaller capacity, parking in the main lot will be offered on a first-come, first-serve basis, after that, parking will be available in the back or neighboring streets. Answer

The food will be offered buffet style, consisting of an assortment of appetizers offered during the cocktail hour, and 8 different salads, 2 entrée options and various sides during dinner service. Dessert will also be offered. For any specific dietary restrictions or allergies, please contact either Kaitlin or Emilio as soon as possible. Also, please note that the venue does not permit any outside food or drink during the reception. What kind of beverages will be offered during the reception? / Que tipo de bebidas se ofreceran durante la recepcion?

Answer

Water and soft drinks will be offered free-of-charge to all guests . House wine will also be offered for each table during dinner service. All other beverages will be offered at our full-service cash bar, which will be open during the entirety of the reception. Please note that the venue does not permit any outside food or drink during the reception. Se ofrecerá agua y refrescos de forma gratuita a todos los invitados. También se ofrecerá vino para cada mesa durante la cena. Todas las demás bebidas se ofrecerán en nuestra barra de efectivo de servicio completo, que estará abierta durante toda la recepción. Will there be a time gap between the wedding ceremony and reception? / Habra un lapso de tiempo entre la ceremonia y la recepcion?

Answer

There will be an approximate gap of 1 hour between the end of mass and the start of the reception. During this time, we invite you to make your way to Sterling Hills and mingle in their outdoor patio while the bride and groom take time for their pictures. Music & activities will be provided. Habrá un espacio aproximado de 1 hora entre el final de la misa y el inicio de la recepción. Durante este tiempo, lo invitamos a dirigirse al patio de Sterling Hills mientras la novia y el novio toman tiempo para sus fotografías. Habrá música y actividades.
