We have heard there are limited/no rental cars available from Portland airport (as of May 2021). There are currently car rentals available that weekend from Manchester and Boston Logan airports, but demand appears to be high. Book in advance and coordinate with others when possible! There is also a car sharing company, Turo, that you could consider- https://turo.com/us/en/car-rental/united-states.

The cost for a transfer is based on time, which is calculated from when we leave our facility in the Portland area until we return. The rates for a one-way transfer between PWM and Oxford are estimated as follows. Chauffeur gratuity is discretionary; customarily 15-20%. Travel between the hours of 12:00am-6:00am is subject to a $20 Early/Late fee. The rates below are for curbside pick-up at the Jetport; a meet & greet inside baggage claim is an additional $25. Lincoln MKS Sedan (2-3 passengers): $158 + gratuity & tolls, Cadillac Escalade SUV (4-6 passengers): $190.50 + gratuity & tolls, Mercedes Sprinter (14 passengers): $253 + gratuity & tolls

Shuttle

The provided shuttle will make just ONE trip leaving Hampton Inn Oxford on Fri Sept 3 at 4:00pm, then will leave Oxford Casino Hotel at 4:15pm and proceed to Kamp Kohut. Please plan accordingly to arrive early as the shuttle will leave promptly and we don't want anyone to miss the festivities. We are currently planning three trips back from Kamp Kohut to Hampton Inn Oxford and Oxford Casino Hotel on Friday evening. The shuttles will leave Kamp Kohut at 9:00pm, 11:00pm, and the last at 12:00am. FYI- Oxford is a small town and to our knowledge does NOT have Uber or Lyft.

Rediscover the excitement of summer camp! There are 18 cabins on the property where all the festivities for the wedding weekend will take place. Cabins are just steps away from beautiful Thompson Lake and the dining hall.
