Getting from the Quebec City airport to your hotel

When arriving at the airport there are taxis outside at all times of the day. There is a designated taxi pick up area right outside the airport. Additionally, it is a SET PRICE when getting from the airport to downtown. - CA$41.40 during the day and CA$47.60 at night (11:00 pm to 5:00 am) In our experience the cab drivers are very good about taking cash or card.

This is the closest airport to the venue and will get you directly to Québec City. The primary airlines are Air Canada, United, and American Airlines. The US flights typically come from Chicago (ORD), New York (EWR), and Philadelphia (PHL).

Montréal–Trudeau International Airport (YUL)

The Montréal airport is just under a 3hr drive from the venue. Fun Fact: US driver's licenses work in Canada! If you're open to the drive, the Montréal airport tends to have more flight times and flights from more US destinations than the Québec City airport. You'll see most flights via Air Canada, Delta, United, and American Airlines. The US flights typically come from New York (JKF, LGA, & EWR), Chicago (ORD), Atlanta (ATL), Boston (BOS), D.C. (DCA), and more.

Getting or Renewing Your Passport

In order to fly to Canada guests will need a valid passport. The button below will take you to the U.S. Government's Passport info page. Whether applying for the first time or renewing we recommend taking care of this first! Passports can take around 6 weeks to process. That means you should have it sent off before March 2025. Airlines do not always require a valid passport number at the time of booking an international flight ticket but they will often ask.
