Dressy Casual - We'll take lots of photos so dress with that in mind, but the event will be casual, buffet style to mingle and catch up before the big day.

Shuttle from Hotel Chateau Laurier to Fairmont Frontenac
2:30 pm - 3:30 pm

There will be a shuttle bus to transport guests from the Hotel Chateau Laurier to the Fairmont Frontenac for the wedding. The services will begin at 2:30 and end at 3:30. Even if you're not staying at the Laurier you're welcome to grab a ride on the shuttle!
Wedding Ceremony
4:00 pm
1 Rue des Carrières, Québec, QC G1R 4P5, Canada
Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
The ceremony will take place on the ground floor of the Chateau in the Place D’Armes room.
Cocktail & Photo Hour
5:00 pm
After the ceremony guests are welcome to head to the Jacques Cartier room for the cocktail hour before the dinner. This will also be the time for family and guest photos.
Reception
6:30 pm
The wedding reception will consist of a multi-course, sit down dinner in the Jacques Cartier room in the Chateau Frontenac. (Just across from the ceremony room) We will then have speeches, dancing, and even karaoke! So prepare a song ;)

Kaitlyn & Quoc will have brunch the morning after the wedding here. Anyone is welcome to join! This is a casual open-invitation brunch. No reservations have been made and we might not all be able to sit together. Feel free to make your own reservations or just swing by to say hi!
